**Services** -
● The Site provides design services and product sales.
● Services can be ordered by contacting the Site Administration based on availability and geographic location.
● Payments for Site services can be made using the GROW payment service, subject to approval by the Site Administration.
● The Site Administration reserves the right to discontinue its services at any time.
● Eligibility to use the Site is restricted to citizens over the age of 18. Orders are permitted for those with an active bank account and/or valid Israeli credit card and an email address provided at the time of purchase on the Site. Minors who place orders are assumed to have parental or guardian permission for Site purchases.
**Cancellations and Changes to Service Types** -
● Transaction cancellation and product return policies comply with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
● Order cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours from the time the order was placed, provided the order has not been shipped, except for custom-designed orders.
● In case of service cancellations, no charges will apply to the customer.
● No refunds will be issued for completed services.
● The Company reserves the right to cancel an order with a minimum of two hours' notice to the user. In such cases, the user will not have any claims against the Company.
● Notifications of cancellation or suspension by the Company will be sent to the user, and the Company will refrain from charging the user's credit card or refund any payment for unsupplied products, as applicable.
